We will make every attempt to accommodate non-physician referrals, on an individual basis.  Referring doctors will be able to log on to our website and schedule their patients remotely. Walk-in patients will be able to speak directly with one of our associates about making an appointment and, of course, may also make an appointment over the telephone. When scheduling an appointment, please remember to bring in your request for the exam that has been issued by your referring physician.  One of our scheduling associates will ask you for some specific registration information, as well as information pertaining to your insurance plan. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to verify registration information and provide health information related to your exam. An associate from La Quinta Imaging will call your insurance company and verify benefits and eligibility. Once your information is verified, an associate will call and inform you of the level of benefits that pertain to your plan.
